As announced, the Center is planning a book based on the conference. If you would like your work to be considered for the volume, the deadline for submission is January 31, 2009 (giving you time to revise your work in light of the discussion at the conference).
Please email a copy of your completed paper of approximately 25 pages, plus notes, as an attachment in Word or PDF to each of the editors:
