Donation bin maintenance

The Jail Library Group is dependent upon donations of books and magazines for its collections. Many donors drop off materials at the donation bins JLG maintains around Madison. See the "Where to donate" section of the Donating page for the location of these donation bins.

Volunteers collect the materials left in these bins on a regular basis. Simply put, this involves going to the bin and bringing the materials to the School of Library and Information Studies library (4th floor, Helen C. White Hall).
